The following guidelines are for the ring head/crest sizes and the fingers that they are normally worn on. Generally, the larger the finger, the larger the crest size should be, but there are no hard and fast rules, at the end of the day it’s entirely down to your own personal preference.

Med (Pinky Ring) : 1.2 cm x 1.4 cm (0.47" x 0.55")
Lge (Pinky Ring) : 1.3 cm x 1.6 cm (0.5" x 0.63")
XL (Ring Finger) : 1.4 cm x 1.8 cm (0.55" x 0.71")
XXL (Ring Finger) : 1.6 cm x 1.9 cm (0.63" x 0.75")
