We recommend using a neutral water in your jug, mineral rich bottled waters are a definite no-no, as these will taint your dram. If you cant get it straight out of the burn, most Scottish bottled spring waters are fine. If your tap water is of good quality, has a low mineral content, and is not too heavily chlorinated, like it is in Scotland, that's also a good option.
