Anderson Tartan

The Anderson Tartan is unique amongst Scottish tartans due to the fact it has seven colours (light blue, red, black, yellow, white, green and navy) and must be woven on a special loom. Scottish tartans traditionally have six or less colours in the design.

Our swatch service is ideal for people who prefer to view the fabric prior to purchasing online. Many of our customers like to keep a swatch of the family tartan in the home then use in crafts projects, or frame and hang on the wall.

If you are looking for a larger piece of material we can also offer a half metre of tartan material. Larger lengths of material can be purchased from the fabric category.
