This de-luxe ladies kilted skirt has the classic extra deep pleats that you would find on a kilt. The kilted skirt is made from light weight 10 oz twill weave pure new wool tartan material.

Available in a wide range of 500 different tartans.

This de-luxe skirt is hand pleated and features traditional buckles for fastening at the side.
