Stewart Clan Antique Silver Badge

A fine antique silver badge for the Stewart Clan, unmarked, circa 1880, in excellent condition.

Designed with the Stewart motto, Sic Fuit Est Et Erit, translating as Thus It Was, Is, and Shall Be. The Stewart crest, a king enthrowned, in dexter hand a sword, in sinister a falcon.
