Fully hallmarked for Edinburgh 1947 with the makers mark of M&C, INVSS, for Medlock and Craik silversmiths of Inverness.

In excellent condition, the badge/brooch features the MacNeil of Barra Clan motto, Vincere Vel Mori (To conquer or die), the MacNeil Clan crest, a rock, gu.
