Fully hallmarked for Edinburgh 1969 with the makers mark of JF, INS, for John Fraser silversmith of Inverness.

In excellent condition, the badge/brooch features the MacKenzie of Kintail and Seaforth Highlanders motto, Cuidich 'N Righ (Assist the King), and the and the MacKenzie of Kintail and Seaforth Highlanders crest, a stag's head, cabossed..
