A beautifully detailed solid silver vintage badge/brooch for the Clan MacAulay.

Fully hallmarked for Edinburgh 1979 with makers mark of JF, INS, for John Fraser of Inverness.

In excellent condition, the badge/brooch features the MacAulay (McAuley) Clan motto "Dulce Periculum" (Danger is sweet) and the and the MacAulay (McAuley) Clan crest, a spurred boot, proper.

Measures 1 1/4" x 1 1/4" in diameter.

Weight 8 grams.
